Company’s history

Having 8 years of experience with multinational companies in Hungary and abroad, we decided to establish our own enterprise. Our company was founded in 2010 with the aim to provide a full range of consulting and engineering services for construction activities. We have 4 colleagues presently, and we cooperate with subcontractor teams. Our main activities are building engineering and HVAC design and connecting engineering services: design, technical inspection, energetics, consultancy.

Our office is located near the city centre of Szeged. As we are committed to the use of renewable energy, the heating and cooling energy of our office is provided by a heat pump. To maintain a high level of comfort with a minimum energy consumption we use ventilation system with a heat recovery unit. Visit us in our high end office to have a talk about building energetics in a low energetic environment.

In these days we are about to introduce new fields of activity: – BIM modelling, – real estate investment and consultancy, – facility management…..Besides the engineering activities of our company we are committed for the use of innovative engineering solutions. To be aware of these new methods we take part in trainings and courses several times a year. Our aim is to always give higher level services for our clients.

Design

We provide full range of engineering services in the field of building engineering and energetics: systems for renewable and geothermic energy, heat recovery, ventilation, heating, cooling, domestic water, sewage and natural gas supply.

Example: Energetics: Nowadays before the design phase it is required to have a full depth examination, research. Also to have a building from the design phase throughout the construction and operation phases (the full life cycle) that works flawlessly at a minimum energy consumption. The steps to achieve this: research, getting to know the needs of our Client, calculation of energy balance, feasibility study with the possible active and passive solutions. We also do energetic audits and energetic certifications. Speaking about the mandatory energetic certification for occupancy authorisation or sales contract.

Technical inspection

We represent our Client’s interests on a professional basis. We keep an eye on the different phases of construction. We coordinate the construction works with professional requirements, standards, regulations and applicable law.

You can find among our references several design and engineering projects, such as residential buildings (from small summer houses to large multi-storey family houses), apartment houses with 4-80 apartments and major investment projects (thousands of square meters of office buildings, hotels, conference centres, governmental buildings, healthcare premises, hospitals, industrial halls).
